Steps to run every time you face this issue

STEP1

Control Panel>Network and Internet>Network Connections
disable the Ethernet name AWS VPN Client TAP-Windows Adapter V9

STEP 2
CLICK ON CONNECT ON AWS VPN CLIENT

STEP3

Once you see this window waiting for identity

STEP4
Quickly Enable the AWS VPN Client TAP-Windows Adapter V9 which we have disabled on the above step1

Now you see the connection status connected on the AWS CLIENT VPN
